Application Review and Deadline: Applications are accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis. We will review all submitted applications. However, because spots fill up quickly, earlier applicants have a better chance of being accepted. Application Deadline is May 30, 2024.

Attendance: The 2024 program is designed for both In Person or Virtual participation. The Virtual segment will be monthly Zoom lectures and panel discussions that will take place between June 15 - December 15, 2024. The Washington Immersion component will take place from January 6 - January 15, 2025. The classes for this segment of the program will be In Person and Virtual to provide for greater access to participants in both the U.S and internationally. Visits to institutions such as Capital Hill, World Bank, and other area sites, Welcoming reception, and Graduation Reception will be accessible only to In Person participation.

Program Costs: There is no tuition fee to attend! Participants provide for their own transportation, accommodations and meals. Students can apply for externship credit with their university. The program is open to adult applicants of any age.
