David Osborn

Mr. Osborn is a Senior Vice President in the Wealth Management group at Wells Fargo Bank in Greenwich, CT.  He has been a Relationship Manager serving high net worth individuals since 2000, with a particular focus on professionals in the financial services industry: bankers, venture capitalists, hedge fund managers, and private equity investors.

Mr. Osborn began his career in Wealth Management at Citigroup Private Bank, where he and Peter Carlson met, became partners, and formed a client service team based in Greenwich.  While at Citi they were both recognized as Chairman’s Council winners for being among the top 10% of new business producers.  In 2005, they moved their team to HSBC where they led the opening of the group’s Greenwich Office.  Mr. Osborn and this same team moved over to Wachovia in early 2009.

In the 1990’s, Mr. Osborn worked at Citicorp and NYNEX/Bell Atlantic as a Director in Strategy and Business Development where, among other projects, he helped lead the integration of Citicorp and Travelers, predecessor companies to Citigroup, and NYNEX and Bell Atlantic, predecessor companies to Verizon.

Prior to joining NYNEX in 1992, Mr. Osborn was a founding member of Kidder, Peabody & Co’s Private Business Group, where he focused on sell side M&A transactions.  He began his business career as an analyst and associate with McKinsey & Co, the international management consulting firm.
