Dr. Rubens Medina has been the Law Librarian of Congress since 1994. He is also the Project Director of GLIN, the Law Library’s Global Legal Information Network of which Karamah is an associate member. As Law Librarian, Dr. Medina manages and directs the Law Library which is the government’s only general legal research library and the largest law library in the world. As GLIN Project Director, he manages all activities related to GLIN, a mission-driven, cooperative, information system developed and maintained by the Law Library to serve the United States Congress that currently compromises legal material from 10 nations.
